Conference attendees will be able to buy their lunches as well as coffee, tea, other soft drinks, light refreshments etc. at the venue. Water coolers will be available throughout the conference.
Dinners will be held during the first two evenings of the conference, with both meat and vegetarian options. In June we’ll email attendees with details about menus, meal prices etc. Attendees will be given the opportunity to sit at a table with the speaker of their choice, but some tables will inevitably be over-subscribed, as they were at ICMI16.
